Kofax Capture

Kofax Capture can be used to collect paper documents and forms or even electronic files in order to transform them into retrievable information, and delivering it all into your business applications and databases. Whether your information is parked at a central office or scattered on desktops and remote offices throughout the world, Kofax capture is able to use your existing scanners and multi function devices as well as integrate into your existing back office systems to provide a robust and flexible document and data capture platform.

Kofax Capture Network Server (KCNS)

KCNS allows organisations to distribute data capture processes by extending the functionality of Kofax Capture. It allows different offices or departments to run Kofax Capture processes locally whilst being managed centrally. This allows the correct people to work with the correct documents whilst still centralising common processes (such as recognition, administration or transfer to a backend system etc..)

Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM)

KTM integrates seamlessly with the Kofax Capture and KCNS platform. By adding classification based technologies and the ability to read hand printed characters, even the most complex and demanding document types can be processed automatically. Classification uses a learn by example technique which enables the system to quickly understand the different document types within your organisation.

Kofax Certified Capture Consultant (KC³)

We can also boast of KC³ accreditation, which reinforces d²'s commitment to providing expert and professional assistance on all things Kofax.
