AnyDoc Authorised Reseller

We're authorised resellers of the full suite of AnyDoc products, including the cornerstone OCR for AnyDoc software.

As well as the standard AnyDoc modules, we are also constantly developing our own custom modules which can extend the capabilities of Anydoc applications for your specific requirements.

Because we have applied the Anydoc software to so many different business processes and applications, we have already overcome most of the challenges and issues presented by different market sectors.

AnyDoc Data capture platform

The AnyDoc suite of products provide a robust fully integrated data capture platform to extract data from structured forms (such as application forms) and semi-structured forms (such as invoices or correspondence). Documents can be scanned centrally or from a number of remote locations. The electronic images are then centrally processed and verified either centrally, or at the location of origin, meaning that the correctly skilled operators get to work on the correct documents.

OCR for AnyDoc sits at the centre of the platform, taking care of batch management and recognition of documents.

AnyApp

The AnyApp module can be added to allow for capture of unstructured documents. This can be used for capturing information from invoices or for capturing information from documents where the information is not always in the same place for each document.

AnyDoc Infiniworx

d² is the only UK company to be accredited with the AnyDoc Infiniworx certification. Infiniworx is a powerful workflow solution allowing documents to be classified without pre-sorting, and its ease of use and sheer flexibility make it straightforward to adopt into your existing business processes.

ManageIt

Sitting on top of the whole capture system is ManageIt which allows system supervisors to monitor system performance remotely, change station capabilities and provide real time reporting on volumes and workloads.
